Educational consulting at Think Bright Education grew from my passion for supporting learning communities and helping teams and projects thrive. As an educator, leader, consultant and parent I understand both the practical needs of schools and organisations and the importance of empathy, collaboration and clear communication.

With more than 15 years of experience across public and private schools I have led learning support, enrichment and year-level teams and worked in diverse settings including remote Indigenous communities. I bring a strong background in educational leadership having supported curriculum teams and schools in developing student leadership models, strengthening school culture and enhancing staff wellbeing.

I have also worked with not for profit organisations such as UNIQ You where I ran live webinars for educators, advised the organisation on program design and delivery and helped connect high school students with women working in STEM and other male dominated industries. This work deepened my expertise in career advisory services and in creating meaningful pathways for students.

My time teaching in a fully virtual environment during the pandemic also gave me practical expertise in EdTech, digital tools and designing effective virtual learning experiences. Since then I have worked with startups, not for profits and education businesses providing support in program leadership, curriculum development, project management and strategic planning.
