Therapeutic Mentoring & Wellbeing

One to one mentoring and wellbeing support delivered by experienced  trauma informed counsellors, educators and skilled mentors.

Sometimes a young person has a lot going on and needs more than learning support or a Passion Project. They may need a trusted adult who can check in, listen and provide guidance. Our mentoring sessions offer a safe, supportive space where young people can talk openly and feel heard. This might be a simple weekly check in, or learning practical strategies to support emotional regulation, confidence and wellbeing.

Each session is flexible and guided by the young person. This may include journalling, reflecting on the week, talking through challenges, or exploring friendships, school stress and growing up.

We are supported by a trauma informed counsellor, Laura who works alongside our team and is also available for sessions. This allows us to provide wrap around support while keeping mentoring flexible and responsive to each young person.

Above all, mentoring provides a calm, consistent presence, helping young people build confidence, develop strategies and feel supported in everyday life.

Mentoring Circles

Our Mentoring Circles are small, supportive online groups led by experienced educators and mentors.

Grounded in a connection-first approach, sessions focus on emotional regulation, confidence and communication, helping children and young people feel understood, build social skills and develop a sense of belonging.

Junior Primary Mentoring Circles (Years 1–4)

Designed for younger children, these circles focus on emotional regulation, connection and early confidence building. Through gentle guidance, play-based and structured activities, children learn to understand their emotions, build friendships and feel safe expressing themselves.

Girls Mentoring Circles (Tweens & Teens)

These circles support girls to navigate friendships, identity and the social pressures of growing up. Sessions focus on communication, confidence, emotional awareness and building strong, supportive connections with others.

Testimonials

Think Bright Education

Parent of Year 3 neurodivergent boy

"Cristina has had such an amazing impact for our son. He sees her weekly and we’ve watched his confidence, stamina, self-management and emotional regulation grow in steady, meaningful ways.

She meets him exactly where he is. Her strategies are thoughtful and practical and she communicates with us clearly and consistently. He is currently working on a passion project with her, learning to code in Scratch and it’s been incredible to see how she uses his interests to build both skill and self-belief.

Cristina is kind, nurturing and incredibly knowledgeable about how to support his needs. We feel genuinely grateful to have her working with our son. We couldn’t recommend her more highly."
